Returns & Refunds

At mykidss.com, we accept returns under the conditions below.

  • You can return an item within 30 days of the original order date, unless the item was made to order.

  • Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and include all original labels.

Returns in the EU

If you would like to make a return, please contact us at info@mykidss.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will provide the return instructions or shipping label if applicable.

Return shipping costs are charged according to the standard shipping rates. In most cases, return shipping costs may be passed on to the customer.

Returns in the UK

Please email infp@mykidss.com with your order number and the item you want to return. We will send you the correct return address and instructions.

Refunds

Once the returned item arrives and is checked, we will process your refund. Refunds are usually completed within 3–7 business days after approval.

Exchanges

We treat exchanges as a return plus a new order. If you need a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
