By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. MYKIDSS reserves the right to accept or reject your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until MYKIDSS confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before accepting an order.

Your purchases are eligible for return or exchange only in accordance with our Refund Policy.

MYKIDSS is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchase transactions are made directly with MYKIDSS.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by MYKIDSS and is not responsible for the sales transaction between you and MYKIDSS, except to the extent required by applicable law.
